If you have specific concerns, please reach out to us directly. At Sugar Pastel, every dessert is made fresh to order — nothing is pre-made or kept in stock. Because our cakes and treats are baked from scratch after you place your order, we need a little time to make sure you get the best quality, taste, and freshness in every bite.

All orders are processed and delivered on a next-day basis.

Orders placed today will be baked fresh and delivered the following day.

We currently deliver across the Tricity area.

Delivery time slots will be shared with you after your order is confirmed.
We partner with trusted delivery services such as Porter, Rapido, and other local delivery partners to get your order to you safely and on time. Once your order is out for delivery, you may receive tracking details or updates directly from the delivery partner.
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be calculated based on your location within the Tricity and shared with you at the time of order confirmation.
To ensure your dessert is freshly made and delivered on time, please place your order by 9 P.M. the day before you'd like it delivered.
Delays & Interruptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or delivery partner availability. We'll keep you informed if there's any change to your expected delivery time.
